Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose to the present moment without judgment and with curiosity and kindness. In this beginning mindfulness course titled Learning to Breathe, we will practice mindfulness exercises to help unwind the mind. This is an educational class, not therapy. We will sit on chairs.
