Learn the basics of adult, child, and infant CPR and using an AED. Learn how to respond effectively during an emergency and how to assess an injured person. The class covers a variety of scenarios and includes hands-on practice and discussion. At the end of the class, students will demonstrate learned skills to earn a two-year CPR/ First Aid Certification consistent with the American Heart Association guidelines. A $30 materials fee is due at the beginning of the first class (class supplies, workbook and certification card).
